Shipping Policy - Six Point Pet, Inc.

We offer FREE standard USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50 without Stoneware.  For orders under $50 we charge $3.99 USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. 

International Shipping: We currently ship to many International countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at tom@sixpointpet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
