Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange any purchased items from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Your returns and exchanges need to include the packing list that was sent in the original shipment. Please send them to the following address:

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received them. And, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you the correct product and size and inform you when it has been shipped. If the returned item is more than the item you would like to exchange it for, we will refund you the difference less any shipping costs incurred in sending you the new item. If the returned item is less than the item you would like us to send you, we will issue you a refund for the returned item and ask you to re-order the item you want through the www.sixpointpet.com web site.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tom@sixpointpet.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
